Studio Policy

• Late Policy

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

 Any cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment date to avoid additional charges. 

Cancellations and reschedules that are done less than 24 hours will be charged a $30 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

• Guest Policy

There is no guest allowed at all times.

• No-Show Policy

If a client does not show up on their scheduled appointment, they will charged 50% of the service for the no-show fee.
